We value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we only sell products whose quality and origin we are sure of.
Quality guarantee
All products we sell:
- comply with the requirements of European Union law;
- come in sealed, original manufacturer packaging;
- are stored and transported in accordance with the established standards.
Conditions for returning goods
You can return goods within 14 calendar days of receiving them if:
- the goods are in their original, undamaged packaging;
- the goods have not been used and their labels are intact.
Hygiene exception: in accordance with Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, goods whose sealed packaging has been opened after delivery (e.g. an opened can of pouches) cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons.
Broken or damaged goods
If you have received damaged goods or goods that do not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours at info@airpouches.eu. Attach photos of the goods and your order number. We will replace the goods or refund your money.
Refund process
To return goods, contact us by email. The money will be credited to your account within 14 days after the returned goods reach our warehouse and are checked.
